CAPORA CITY GUIDE

How Territories & City Control works

Territory turns the map into a live record of player power. City districts can be neutral, owned, allied, hostile or contested, giving Families something visible to fight for.

01

Real districts on the map

Cities are divided into named districts and displayed through an interactive map. Selecting a district reveals its current state, Family ownership and relevant territory information.

02

Claiming neutral turf

Claimable neutral districts require investment and influence. A Family therefore needs both economic strength and active progression before simply painting the whole map its colour.

03

Contested territory

When rival interests collide, territory can become contested. The map makes conflict easy to read, while the underlying system gives Families a longer objective beyond individual leaderboard positions.

04

Income and defence

Territory can provide value to the owning Family and has defensive strength to overcome. This creates a reason to protect existing turf instead of treating expansion as a one-way collection system.

05

City identity

Each city has its own district layout. Travel therefore changes more than a label at the top of the screen; it moves you into another local map, economy and balance of power.

GOOD TO KNOW

Practical tips

  • Expansion without the ability to defend it can become expensive.
  • Watch contested districts, not only neutral ones.
  • Family influence and cash are both strategic resources.
  • Use the map to understand local power before committing to conflict.
