How Organised Crime & Kidnap works
Some jobs are too large for one player. Co-op operations let a host assemble a crew, assign participation and complete criminal work with other characters.
Create or join an operation
A host can create an operation and other players can join or be invited depending on its visibility and requirements. The system is designed around actual co-operation instead of a fake crew made from static NPC names.
Meet the requirements
Different jobs can require a minimum rank, crew size, preparation or setup cost. Read the operation details before joining so the group does not stall waiting for a missing requirement.
Shares and preparation
Where supported, the host can manage how rewards are shared and prepare the group before launch. This makes trust and reputation between players meaningful.
NPC support
Some operations can use NPC assistance where the game permits it, but player participation remains the central purpose of the system.
Complete the job
Once the crew is ready, the operation resolves as a shared event with cash, XP and other outcomes distributed according to the operation rules.

Practical tips
- Build a reliable group instead of only joining the first available operation.
- Check the share split before committing.
- Use Family and chat channels to recruit crew members.
- Higher requirements usually exist to protect the value of stronger jobs.
