CAPORA CITY GUIDE
How Intel Archive & Endless Mysteries works
The Intel Archive records long-running discovery threads and recent Underworld finds. It exists to ensure normal gameplay can always feed another clue, cycle or future opportunity even after individual content has been completed.
Mysteries are clue chains
A mystery has a configurable clue target. Supported actions occasionally uncover clues without telling you that every click is guaranteed progress. The Archive shows how far the current cycle has developed.
Completion is not the end
When a repeatable mystery reaches its clue target, its completed-cycle count increases and a new cycle starts. This means completion feels meaningful while still leaving something active to investigate.
Recent discovery history
The Archive keeps a visible record of Underworld discoveries from normal activity, including resources, Blueprint fragments, contact unlocks, dossier clues and construction bonuses where applicable.
Future story content plugs into the same engine
Developers can add new Mystery definitions, Blueprint maps, Operations, contacts and incidents from the Underworld manager. Existing player progression tables remain intact, so the world can grow without resetting characters.
The perpetual loop
Play existing activity, discover resources or intelligence, improve the Safehouse, complete a Blueprint, launch an Operation, accept its consequences, build new relationships and return to the city with new objectives. Individual goals finish; the wider Underworld loop does not.
GOOD TO KNOW
Practical tips
- Do not expect a clue from every action; discovery should remain meaningful.
- The Archive is a history as well as an active objective screen.
- New content can be added later without invalidating completed cycles.
- There is deliberately no final Underworld 100% completion state.
